When I click the Preview button in Start new topic I get the error:

Runtime error has occurred.
Do you wish to debug?

Line:143

Error: Object expected

I click No and the preview runs.

Also, when I click Refresh preview or Post the line number changes to 146.

In IE, under Tools>Internet Options>Advanced try turning off any of the Java options that may have check marks beside them.
