When we set a PO up for a make-from part, the qty enters positive and the raw parts enter as negatives.

We receive th PO in and the make-from goes positive and the raw parts zero out. This seems to be correct.

Here is were I'm a little confused,
When we go to issue - Do we issue make-from and raw parts or just the make-from part? How does this work on the issuing side?

It is hard to see how this works because sometimes we receive the raw parts in at different times meaning we would not have a PO for the make-from part only the raw part.

Once the PO for the Make From has been received, the raw parts no longer exist, they have already been consumed. So if you then use the Make From in a higher level assembly, you would issue that part only to the work order.
