I would like to get reversed invoices off of the aging. Doing a credit voucher doesn't help at all. We have items that are stuck on the aging that we cannot get off!

Also, the maintain database doesn't work, either. We get the error "BTrieve Status 11 - The specified filename is invalid. Key={F:\DMAMFGDEFAULT\AHSYLOG.B} DBIERR_INVALID FILENAME.

Our default directory is actually F:\DBAMFG\DEFAULT.

HELP!

If you have offsetting positive and negative entries on the aging, you need to use AR-C and enter a $0 payment to clear them. Enter 0 for the payment amount and then select the credits and use them to pay the invoices.

As for Maintain Database, try running UT-J to rebuild the DDF files.

Before you run UT-J, go to UT-A and run "MDBFXREG" (without the quotes). Make sure the path is to your F:\DBAMFG folder. You will then get a confirmation dialogue box saying the registry has been updated for this computer.

Exit out. Go back in and run UT-J.

Do the 1st step only on each workstation that you wish to use Maintain DB on.
