I'm new to the forum so this question may have been asked/answered before...

Is there a way to print (and not just view) a list of closed sales orders? It would be extremely useful for our sales order file management efforts.

But couldn't some of those sales order still be open if you only shipped a partial?

The latest IS Tech Support update includes a version of SO-O-J with a choice to include Closed Sales Orders. I can send an RTM that includes the Original Order Quantity on the report. Jacquie, I guess that means you will finally have to sign up as a subscriber.... ;)

Thanks for the feedback. Thought I might have missed something. Almost all of our sales orders are partial releases that may go on for 6-12 months before the SO is closed.

Back again...

We have loaded the ISTS enhancements and I am not getting a comprehensive closed SO report through SO-O-J. ??? I have tried going back a few years to id all closed orders, but to no avail.... WE have not purged orders ( I will once I can get a list of what is closed)

The report also includes open orders (which I don't want)

Is there a limit, or a sort for the report I am not trying?
