just switched to DBa 2002.4 with march patchs

Issue:

I printed a report(JC-P) for a job and it tells me that there is neg. qty in wip even though the material in wip report(JC-E) and JC-A correctly show the allocations and that the material has been issue according to the inventory transactions. I closed another qty of the same job and it shows in the JC-E report the newly closed job qty issued but still shows the first qty as not being issued when it has been issued.

Why is this? Can this be fixed?

Try UT-A, program BKREBWO and rebuild the Work Order. That should take care of it.

Does this program have to be run everytime that we close finish goods or only when we see errors? We currently closed the same product multiply times a day.

When you Enter Finished Production, if you answer Y to rebuild the costs in the work order it will do the same thing.
