How do I delete a few customers in Contact Manager? I have 5 companies that we do not need in CM. I tried "Purging Account Info" but it did not delete the actual customer! :-/

Go into CM-A and get the customer displayed on the screen. Then press <F4> (I don't know what "related entries" refers to though....).

Related Entries" would be things like History and Follow-up notes, Class Codes, key dates etc.

That's what I might have guessed - except, how do you access them if the customer is gone? Or do they get re-associated if a customer is re-entered with the same ID? If that's the case it seems potentially dangerous to leave them there...

Yeah, I agree, I would think that it would be safest to delete them without asking if you are deleting the contact. But whomever initially designed that function must have had other ideas.
