I would like to produce a list of customers with their telephone & Fax #'s. I have the Customer code & name List that gives telephone & Telephone 2 but no fax #.

Seems like it should be something simple, but I'm just not getting it.

CM-B-J has what you want. If you are not using Contact Manager, you need to use CM-K and transfer all your customers to the CM file.

Or, DE-A, file BKARCUST, fields
BKAR.CUSTNAME
BKAR.TELEPHONE
BKAR.FAX.PHONE
and any others you might want.

If you export it as a delimited file you can open it in a spreadsheet and further format and/or sort it.
