I am just taking my first crack at the forms editor. When I start the program, it appears to be in screen editor mode. I am trying to switch to the forms editor, but I only get the message "You must run this program from the TAS Professional 6 main menu." Does anyone know what I should do to be able to modify RTM's?

How do I get in to modify the TAS6 forms? I can't find the editor? Am I stupid?

The TAS6 Forms Editor is an additional program you have to buy for $50. If you bought it, there should be a shortcut on your desktop that has an icon that says "TAS", with a description "End User Editor"

So, is there a way to make my current BKPOB4.RTM be the one that is used in emails instead of the T6POB4.RTM?

When I use the email program, or just print the PO, it doesn't print any of our information, like our logo, company address, etc. I tried just renaming the BK one to the T6 one, but then the T6 file showed a blank PO.

Any way around this without shelling out more $$?

You can use the original (unmodified) T6SOB4.RTM form, but it won't have your logo on it - just the default Company Information as entered in SD-A. Or I guess you could pay someone to modify your T6SOB4.RTM, but I think you'd be better off spending the $50 and getting the editor.

I have not tried this yet, but I suspect you can use the DBA Modify forms program to open the T6POB4.rtm

You will probably get a bunch of errors that you can ignore all then as long as you are just adding a logo and/or some text It might just work.....

Be sure to make a backup copy of your T6POB4.rtm first!!

If your customers wouldn't spend 50 measly bucks, I guess you wouldn't have much need of DBA, now would you?

I could see some resistance if it was $1000, but you probably spend that much on paper in a few days!
