I have a work order that shows a quantity in the "Quantity Completed" section that is incorrect. We cannot find any trace of it in transactions.

It is not reflected in inventory
This item is lot controlled-it does not appear in Lots
It is not in the JC-Q report
I cannot find it anywhere except on various reports showing Quantity Completed.

I ran SM-J-A thinking it might correct the problem, but it did not.

Any ideas how to correct?

Not sure if UT-A, BKREBWO will fix it or not but editing teh WORKORD file in Maintain Database will for sure.

The UT-A did not work.

I tried editing WORKORD file but I'm not sure which item is the Quantity complete. Need a little more instruction on editing the database.

MTWO.WIP.COMQTY is the field in the WORKORD file for Qty Complete

You may also want to check the WORECV table, as that is where Finish Production posts to.

The field would be MTWOR_QTY. And if the WO is archived it will be in table WOHRECV.
