Is there a way I'm not aware of to effect a global price change limited to particular price codes? It seems as though global changes can be limited by customer & item class, as well as inventory item, but not by price codes. What I'm trying to accomplish is to change prices only for selected price codes. Thanks for any help! :)

Not as part of the application, no.

Could possibly be done through an SQL statement using Pervasive.

Would this be difficult (translation = "it would be easier to enter new prices for EVERY part # in the affected price code than to figure out) for someone who doesn't normally work in pervasive?

IS Tech Support has an add-on Import Price Code for $149 (subscriber price) that also includes a utility to delete selected price codes before new values are imported. That might be worth it depending how many you have.

What program does the IS Tech Support program import from (i.e., Excel)?

It imports from a comma delimited file that can be created in Excel.
