When we click the Save Notes button on a line item the PO module closes and the notes are lost. ???

This happens in ADD and EDIT.

Anybody else seeing this?

Fred -

Is your menu calling BKPOA.RUN or T6POA.RUN? The TAS 5 version is maxing out on memory, whether it is run under TAS 5 or Evo but the T6POA.RUN is compiled in TAS 6 and seems to be more stable.

It was BKPOA.RUN.

I changed to T6POA.RUN on my workstation and the problem cleared up. :)

I don't see any T6 prefixes in my menus. Should there be more? Maybe they were in an Evo update that erased our menus and we used a backup to restore them. ???

We have 23 workstations setup. If I knew the table name could I update them with an MS Access query?

T6 programs are available for PO-A, SO-A and all the forms that can send email if you have the email add-on. There is also an update to the Maintain Menu Access Program so you can change a given program on all menus. I will email it to you, Fred.

Yikes! :o

Most of the T6*.RUN files are older than the BK files. I'm getting reports of old problems coming back in SO-A,B & C. I've switched back to BK prefixes until the file get updated.

We have the PO Notes issue fixed in the 12/1 update for both the T6POA and BKPOA programs, and for both Evo and standard DBA.
