I use WO-L-A (WO Status) to print a list of open WO's. But since we don't close a WO until everything is rec'd (PO invoices, etc.) some WO's that are complete show-up (because they are still "R" Status).

Is there a way to print just the WO's with open qtys remaining?

Custom report. We could do that in MS Access. This would provide a nice fast simple, and easy to use method of getting your desired result. If you REALLY don't want to pay anything you can export your WORKORD table, open it up in Excel, save it as an .xls, filter on the open qty field, delete the records that don't meet the criteria and re-save the table. You can do this each time you want to create a report.

I actually found a report that works for me.

I run a SO-O-F (Available To Ship), and in the "From Date" I put in a date a month ago (in case we have any job that are late) and the "Thru Date" I put the date ahead a month. I doesn't give the actual WO #, but it lists all the items on the SO.
