If I accidentally go below the last Access Code:
1. Pressing the CANCEL button tells me I can't leave the record blank
2. Pressing ESC or the Close Window button just refreshes the entry screen
3. Doing a 3-finger-salute kills DBA

How do I cancel a new Access Code setup? ???

Just let it happen, and then delete it, would be my suggestion.
