Has anyone had this experience???

What does it mean when the shipper number and ship date are filled in with a prior date and old shipper number when releasing lines SO-E. This happens every once and a while, then goes away/ comes back...

Currently 6/13/03 fills in as ship date on a variety of SO's along with a shipper number. We believe that the SO's had releases on that date (checked a few). Almost all of our SO's have multiple releases and this does not always happen.
Concerned about some data base error we have not yet discovered.

Any ideas??
