Lynn:
In the past two months, we have run into a random problem with our Po receive Program.
On Po where we have previously received line items; occasionally when we received the last item on the PO some of the previously received lines are duplicated on the Receive report (PO_I_E) and the transaction date is replaced with the current transaction date. We checked Inventory and the GL files and they are correct. The only file we find this item listed and duplicated in BKAPHOL.

What is the modified date of your BKPOC.RUN? Looks to me like the latest version is DBA 2002.4 dated 11/5/02, there are no IS Tech Enhancements to that program.

I Check the date of BKPOC file and it has the correct date. I just don't have a answer right now, I know we are watching for it and we will contact you and DBA the next time it occurs. Also next time we will save a copy of screen's and etc.
