Hi,
When entering a SO we get down to the Cust PO field then try to arrow back up to a previous field the customer info changes to a completely different customer. Everything from a previous SO comes up on the screen. has anyone else had this problem?

I just tested in the latest IS Tech Support version and do not see that problem.

...it only seems to do it when something is entered in the Cust PO field. If its left blank everything is ok. When a number is put in the field and you hit enter the screen refreshes and everything is ok but if you then go back to any field before the Cust PO then all the info is changed to a prior PO. Very strange.

I can't make it happen. Are you on the standard DBA 2002.4? Maybe it has been fixed in a patch. Or at least the IS Tech Support version doesn't have the problem.

There was a feature added by DBA in one of the patches to 2002.4 to verify a customer PO number and warn if it had already been used. Maybe that is when it got broken. The latest IS Tech version has the same feature but ours works.

..yes we're on the latest update to DBA and we do get that error about the PO number being used already while in SO's, its weird.

I have confirmed that the standard DBA version does have this bug but the IS Tech Support one doesn't. Sign up for IS Tech and you can download the working version. ;)
