My problem starts out with some items that were incorrectly coded with a "Price UM" of FT, instead of IN.

When the materials were issued, 12 times the correct amount were issued.

The SO & WO are now closed.

How do I correct the material issues?

I think what I would do is change the cost of the run using IN-K, then put the unused material back in stock using IN-C. This will not make everything rosy, but without major tinkering with the database it's about the best you can do, AFAIK.
