HOW CAN I ADD INSTAND NOTES ON EVERY PACKING LIST ?
I DO NOT WANT TO REWRITE A GAIN AND AGAIN. PLEASE TELL ME HOW.

It depends which format you are using. If you are using an RTM format, you can use the Modify Forms program to add text to the layout file. But if you are using a text format (#5 or 6 for the Packing Slip) then you can't edit it. You could possibly use SO-L and M to develop a form to use instead of a packing slip - the format is similar.
