I installed the update in the correct directory, but now when anyone runs dba, it gives them an error

"You are not licensed to run this program. Please contact www.istechsupport.com to purchase a valid license.

What do I do?

Yes, I already emailed them directly, haven't heard back so I hope it was resolved.
