In the past we have been able to e-mail sales orders and quotes. Now it is only purchase orders and invoices.
I used to be able to "print to text" on the printer, save to pdf and e-mail that way. I don't get that option anymore.
How can I e-mail quotes to customers? ???

If you have the IS Tech Support email add-on then you shouldn't have to save to PDF, just click the EMAIL button and the file will automatically be saved to a PDF and emailed. This would work for all sales and purchasing documents including quotes.

If I am in the PO-E - Enter RFQ - if I print the RFQ with attached documents - the PDF file for the item prints, If I try to email them, they are never attached. Anyone else having this issue???

Does the email add-on work with DBA or just EVO?

Email is only supported in the Evo product. But you can convert only one user if you want to.

Ask Lynn and she can send you a 30 day demo if you would like to try it out.
