In Data Collection (DC) after an employee finished entering his time and/or production in all three screens (A, B and C) it used to ask "do you wish to continue" and an employee could be in more than one job at a time. Since we updated to the IS Tech Support Update 9/12/03 that no longer happens. After the employee enters his infomation the screen goes right back to "employee number" instead of "do you wish to continue" and it does not allow an employee to be in two jobs at once. This is a real problem for us. What can be done to correct this?

Go to SM-G and set 'Clock Multi Jobs' to yes.
