I have been using the sales order module for entering jobs, but I do use another system for my General Bookeeping functions. How do I go about closing the sales orders that have closed work orders without releasing, printing and posting each one seperately? I would like to keep the information of previous sales. Thanks,

That's really the only way to do it. The current IS Tech Support update does have a Mass Release Sales Order program so you could release a block of orders at once, then print and post them - prehaps process in monthly batches so you get history with at least approximately correct ship dates.
