I ran into a problem this morning with GL-O not balancing. When we enter GL-O a message pops up that says the accounts are not in balance.

We do have a transaction that is out of balance. We have an A/P voucher that was entered twice, one of the entries does not have a balancing account. Only one of the vouchers shows up in AP-B. How can I remove the entry that doesn't appear in AP-B?

If you have an extra entry, bring it up in the GL-P editing screen and press F4 to delete it. You will get a warning about how dangerous it is, say OK and delete it anyway.
