Good question, first report of that I have seen. If you try to print, does it actually attempt to spit out that many copies? Where do you see the # copies displayed? A DBA screen or the standard Windows printer dialog screen?

It is the default on the DBA screen. Yes, it will attempt to print that many copies.

The box for # of copies is an ISTech feature, isn't it? Somehow my default must have been set / reset. I can always overwrite the number. It would be more convenient for the default to be 1.

I don't see this box on my dba screen in SO-B. What version and IS update are you on?

TAS 6 running DBA 2002.4 with IST SU 2/13/04

Also, I can select a range of orders to print but only the first will print.

You must be using the text format rather than RTM because the box for number of copies is not there in the graphical format. The problem is related to the Save Settings, I will send you a fix.
