Title: SALES TAX AMOUNT CALCULATION WRONG Post by RHAGEN on 03/02/04 at 17:10:12 Using version 2002.4 DL Screen SO-A Sale tax calculation is incorrect even though TAXEABLE shows "Y" and RATE shows correct percentage. The TAX AMOUNT is way understated. Most of my sales are non taxeable so I don't know when this problem first occurred but it happens 100% of the time. Thanks Rich |
Title: Re: SALES TAX AMOUNT CALCULATION WRONG Post by Lynn Pantic on 03/02/04 at 17:45:32 Check your Inventory items in IN-B. If the items are set up as non-taxable, then it doesn't matter what the sales order says, tax will be 0. You can use UT-K-B to change the BKIC.PROD.TXBLE field to Y for all items. |
