One of our buyers keeps having the vendor information print twice/duplicate on the the po. from time to time.. Any idea what might be happening?

no .. That was the first thing I checked..
It was only entered once.

You are not alone - I see this happen almost daily - and it is random. Just a user adding her 2 cents

If you look at the PO in PO-A, is the line with the vendor info actually in the PO twice or is it just a printing problem?

We've had this problem several times and when the items are received, they are posting twice.

In our most recent instance, the value (not the quantity) of the items was increased by a factor of 10!

Any ideas?

I HAVE A PROBLEM LIKE YOU I ASKED DBA THEY WANT ME TO REINDEX THE FILE BUT MY EXPERIENCE IS OPERATOR ENTRY IS RUSH AND MACHINE ROLL UP IS FAST BOTH CAUSING TROUBLE. BEFORE I PUT UP MY QUESTION I DO NOT GET THE ANSWER. SLOW DOWN YOUR ENTRY IS BEST WAY. SOMETIME YOU CAN SEE SALES ORDER ENTRY HAS SAME PROBLEM TOO.
