I use multiple locations for inventory control. I am trying to get a report that shows locations along the top of the cross tab report and the part numbers along the left hand side. I can get the report ok if I only use the item code. If I put in the description beside the item code then it give me a sumation field for every part number and makes it very cluttered. I want to know how to turn off the sumation field. (When doing a similar report using a pivot table in Excel I can go to field settings and change the summation to none and it goes away.)

Go to format Cross Tab. Select the field with the product code. At lower right, check suppress subtotal.
