We are having errors in the MRP requirements reports in regards to the quantity required field. We have sheets of foam and the BOM for an end item requires a fraction of a sheet. MRP report still shows a whole number for some of the work orders even though we have set the rounding option to no on this part. It is set to no in both MRP parameters and in the master inventory record for the part number through IN-B. Is there another setting that we are missing?

As you can see, we have two work orders for the same end item released on 5/7 and one has .25 as the requirement and the other has 1. The difference in the two is that the first one was changed to type F firmed and the second one is scheduled. When a scheduled work order is changed to either F or R the mrp rounds the requirement.
We are stumped! ???
