I need to rebuild my PO line item table (BKAPPOL). Something happened to our live data and we are now missing several hundred lines. I have most of them in a demo db. I don't want to lose data we have created since this happen. Any ideas ???

If you can delete everything ELSE from a copy of the demo DB, Pervasive has a utility that you can use to merge files together. IS Tech has a $49 Search & Replace utility that can also Search & Delete so if you can define the range of parameters to delete, you could use that.

Once you have the backup file with nothing in it except what you want to merge into the live data, copy that file into your company subfolder with a different extension so that you have (for example) BKAPPOL.B and BKAPPOL.BXY in the same folder where the .B is your live data and the BXY is the additional records. Then go to the Pervasive Utilities and run Maintenance - Data - Copy and copy BKAPPOL.BXY to BKAPPOL.B and the files will be merged.
