Title: Physical Inventory Question
Post by Kelloggs on 03/29/04 at 15:21:34

I have been asked to recreate a Physical Inventory Count Report
I need some table information, and this is what I have figured out so far:

BKPIMSTR:      Physical Inventory List

BKPIFROZ:        Frozen Inventory
BKPIPHYS:      Actual Inventory Counted

BKPILOT:      Frozen Lot Inventory
BKPILCNT:      Actual Lot Counted

BKPISER:      Frozen Serial Inventory
BKPISCNT:      Actual Serial Counted

BKICLOC:      Not sure what this table is for

I am missing a table here? I think that BKICLOC is the Frozen Loc Inventory, where is the actual counted? Do I need it?

Thank you,

:)

Kelloggs,

BKICLOC is actually the live location data. You don't need that.

If I remeber correctly, BKPIFROZ has the location information as part of it.

Hi,

Is there a specific table that has what has come out of the inventory??

Thank you,

Maybe you mean inventory transactions?  They are collected in the INVTXN File.
