We have been entering tracking/pro numbers through SO-E for several months now. Everything seems to work great with it except I cannot find an easy way to view this information on the fly, for example when a customer calls looking for tracking info. The only way I have found to view tracking info is to reprint the invoice through SO-F.

Is there something I am missing here? or is this the only way to display the tracking info? If theres not another way, it would be nice if it could be added to the shipments screen of IN-A.

Go to Display Invoice - you can search by anything, then click on Notes

You can also see the Invoice Notes (which is where the tracking info is stored) in SO-I, Customer Service Inquiry.
