In WO-G (work order issue), it now stops at the "location" which is really unnecessary.
In WO-I (enter finished production), there's the "backflush" square that comes up and I wasted about a half hour fixing things since it started issuing things before I escaped and it repeatedly flags 2 or 3 times that all the components aren't issue and am I sure I want to close? which is also unnecessary. Is there any solution?

Make sure you have downloaded the 3/26 IS Tech Update (not just the 3/12, there were some issues in the 3/12 version fixed in the 3/26) and go to SD-Q and set the defaults to turn off the features you don't want. In particular it sounds like you want the "Specify Comp Location in WO-G/WO-I set to N.

Are these settings related to the pop-up for location in IN-f, Print inventory value? We have only one location and don't really want to be asked to pick the location. WE have "Specify Comp Location in WO-G/WO-I" set to N.
