Could someone please explain to me how to view the work center load. I tried the help display...not to helpful. the hours per day column reads...112234445566 etc...makes no sense to me. How do I interpret those numbers? Hourly amount at the top of the column is determined by the day or week with the highest backlog? Dotted line across the middle of the graph represents current capacity?...don't see it. Please help!

I like to know how you got yours to work at all. Running SH-K or SH-L at my company produces nothing at all. Does it run a long time at your site? Did you need to make a system setting somewhere so that it runs correctly?

You do have to enter a date range that gives you something in the vicinity of 20-30 data points, so a month or less if you are running Daily and 6 months or less if weekly. The increments on the scale on the left take the maximum number of hours in any given period and divide by 18 (at least on my screen)

When I view work center load SH-K I get a nice graph, but when I use SH-L Print Work center load using the same parameters I get nothing. ???
