Title: Vendor Performance PO-I-H Post by harhi on 04/29/04 at 10:55:09 We have a quality audit coming up and one of the points is recording vendor performance. Does anyone have any best practices that we can use? Thank you, James |
Title: Re: Vendor Performance PO-I-H Post by Tag4k on 06/04/04 at 12:36:50 Where did you get a PO-I-H? My version 2002.4 only goes to PO-I-G. I am currently looking for ways to produce a vendor performance report. |
Title: Re: Vendor Performance PO-I-H Post by Lynn Pantic on 06/04/04 at 13:02:31 Tag4k - You need to subscribe to the IS Tech Support updates - the PO-I-H is one of the new reports we have developed. $35/month will give you this and much much more. James - as far as how to use the PO-I-H report, you need to enter a range of receipt dates you want to analyze - you could run separate reports for each month, for example, and define the number of days early and late you want to allow as a buffer and still be considered "on time". Finally filter the range pf Vendor and Vendor Class and choose % on time delivery based on number pof PO Lines Received, number of total pieces received or dollar value of receipts. |
Title: Re: Vendor Performance PO-I-H Post by Karen Mason on 07/01/04 at 14:05:52 We are on EVO, PO-I-H doesn't show up there but it is in the regular DBA. How do I add it to EVO? |
Title: Re: Vendor Performance PO-I-H Post by Lynn Pantic on 07/01/04 at 15:55:17 Use TAS - G to add ISPOIH.RUN to the PO menu in the reports sunbmenu for the users who need to run the report. |

Title: Re: Vendor Performance PO-I-H Post by Lynn Pantic on 07/22/04 at 11:23:11 If you have the IS Tech Support updates installed, you should have it. If it is there but grayed out on the menu, you need to use PS-B and turn the password level access on for it. |
