Hello,

We are evaluating the EVO product and have an issue with the e-mail working externally. We are running MS Exchange 2000 as our server product.

When setting up the email (TAS-C, E-Mail Tab), I am leaving the POP3 section as "None" and putting the internal IP address of our server (10.0.0.200) in as SMTP, and the network login ID of the user for the SMTP user and password. I have also tried the routable IP address of the server with no luck. The MIME, timeout and charset are left at their defaults.

As mentioned, we can email forms internally using EVO but if the recipient includes anyone outside our domain we get a simple "Email Not Sent" response.

Lynn is looking into this but we're curious if any other EVO users have had a similar experience.
