[glb]to is not my day[/glb] - i have a customer that has his interest & statement set to "Y" in AR-A - but when I ran AR-D everyone who needed interest charged got it except this person - he has 3 invoices with NET 10 as terms and the aging shows them as 61-48 & 48 days old - he did not get a statement either -
I had one other person who did not get a statement -
I did have 25 statements that printed fine - if i go in and try to print just that person's statement - alls i get is the blank statement rtm file ??? ??? ???

Only thing I can suggest is change the Print Statement to N and save, then go back in and change back to Y and save and then try to print them again.

DIDN'T WORK - ANYTHING ELSE?????
