Does anyone know where I can find a comprehensive list of the different print files? I need to know basically how certain fields are calculated - ex. BKIC_PROD_GSYTD : the numbers I get using crystal reports don't match the true numbers, so I was wondering how to figure that out?!?

There is an Excel spreadsheet of file and field names and definitions available for download from www.istechsupport.com/freedl.asp. Many of the cumulative total fields such as the BKIC.PROD.GSYTD that you name are not maintained so you can't use them in Crystal to get anything meaningful.
