A Sales Order was deleted by mistake, is there a way to "undelete" it? ???

I can see it in the Maintain Database (BKARHINV & BKARINVI)

BKARHINV is the posted invoice and BKARINVI is a file used for commissions. You can use SO-A and reenter it using the same sales order number if there is still a balance to ship on it. If it is fully shipped, there is really no need to do anything.
