We are having an erratic problem when releasing sales orders (SO-E). When the sales orders are selected and appears in the screen, the ship date is reflecting 10/04/04 when the actual date is current. The 10/04/04 is unrelated to any order info. It ends up posting to the future October sales figures instead of the correct current post date.

This is going to sound bizarre, but check the date on the server clock....

We went in to GL-P and corrected the dates of the bad ones and posted; however it still put the invoices back to the 10/04/04. Now my clerk can't enter payments to those invoices because they aren't showing up as payable. It shows as outstanding in the customer's file thru AR-A.

Lynn, please advise.

Is this only happening on one machine, or does it happen whichever machine you release or post from?
