When going into PR-P & PR-Q, if you hit lookup, just the active people show, but when you print a range of people, the report actually includes terminated employees.

Since there are no good employee name/address or name telephone lists, we would like to use the first slot of the review to make these lists. But I would like to limit it to active employees.

You could get this in minutes by creating an ODBC link and using Excel to grab the data from BKPRMSTR and filter on the Active (Y/N) field.

WE MANUALLY TYPE IT INTO A SPREADSHEET...I'M NOT SURE HOW TO DO THE OTHER...ANY ADDITIONAL HINTS WILL BE APPRECIATED.

Figured out how to do some of this and make some of the fields come up in excel.

What is the name of the field for Job Position?
