I need to know if there is an easy way to create, edit, and save packing slips for third party shipments. Our company name should not appear on the packing slip and I need to know if a template can be created, saved, and called upon when needed.

Yes, just copy the standard RTM and save with a different name and then use that when you print the 3rd party ones. Of course, on the copied form you would go in to the forms modify and remove the logo and such that you don't want to appear.

Thanks for your help on thrird party packing slips. I have modified the RTM and saved it under another name. However, I can't find any info in the help screen to show me how to print a 3rd party packing slip. Can you direct me to this topic in the help screen?

When you actually go to print, you should get a selection box that comes up that brings in the RTM that has been defined as default in your default screen. From this drop down you can select your new RTM and it will print to that form.
