How do you get a field to display with less zeros
after the decimal point? Our price fields display four zeros after the decimal point, and I'd like to make them just 2 zeros. :)

The report editors are basically WYSIWYG - which means that the fields are not easily formatted like Crystal Reports or the such. Until the report editor eats its Wheaties^TM, you might want to try the following in this situation:

Make a backup & open your form.
Make sure your (4-decimal) price field is right-aligned.
Create a rectangle.
If the default fill (brush) color isn't white, change it.
Change the rectangle border (pen) color to white.
Position the rectangle over the top of the last 2 digits of the field on the right.
Save your changes.
When printed, the invisible box should cover the unwanted decimals.

Not pretty by any means, but it works! HTH 8)

Great, I'll try that on one of my forms that the people don't like the 4 decimals-I think it's quotations.

It would be good if the fields could be set to the decimal length desired.
