I just installed the new update and SO-C tells me that BKSOC4T.RTM is not found in the DBA directory. I seem to remember that I have to change this but I can't remember how, anyone have any tips? :-/

That is the one for the Pick Ticket (as opposed to the Packing Slip). Copy BKSOC4.RTM to BKSOC4T.RTM sand rhen use the forms editor on the BKSOF4T.RTM to make any changes you may want to make the Pick Ticket look different from the actual packing slip.

If you don't want to use the Pick Ticket at all, you can turn it off in SD-Q. Since you are a new subscriber, you should go into the SD-Q screen and check all the settings to turn on or off the ones you want.
