Is there anyway of handling credit card sales so that you can keep the customers credit card info on record.

In CM-A when you look up a customer and go into their record and tab, tabs appear on the bottom and one is labeled CC. This tab will allow you to store credit card info. :)

CM-A has a place to store the credit card information.
If you have never used Contact Manager, you need to set up at least one rep and password in SM-I-I and then use CM-K to transfer your customers to the CM.

If you bring a customer up in the CM-A screen, the CC button is for credit card info.

Kristin, you beat me to it! ;)

One other thing - in the IS Tech Update you can control the access between CM-A and AR-A and enable coordinated updates so if an address or phone number changes, you only have to change one place and both will be updated. This can be turned on or off in SD-Q.
