Title: SO-A & Editing a Sales Order Post by Biggsy13 on 08/09/04 at 13:59:13 We are on 2002.4, just upgraded from 99.2. Question is after a sales order has been entered in SO-A & saved. Now we want to go back in and edit it (add freight, etc) it asks us for the serial numbers again. IS there any way around this, so we can edit a sales order & not have it ask us to re-enter serial number info as this just exponentially increases the error probability for us. Thanks Jon Aldrich National Detroit, Inc. |

Title: Re: SO-A & Editing a Sales Order Post by Biggsy13 on 08/10/04 at 07:35:38 But we are not changing any quantities on a line item, we would just be adding the freight to the sales order. Why does it need to ask us for serial numbers again? Jon Aldrich National Detroit, Inc. |
Title: Re: SO-A & Editing a Sales Order Post by Lynn Pantic on 08/10/04 at 14:51:55 It shouldn't but in any event, you shouldn't have to go into SO-A just to enter freight. Use SO-P-I for that. |
Title: Re: SO-A & Editing a Sales Order Post by TOM_T on 08/14/04 at 05:51:20 DOES IT ASK FOR THE NUMBERS AGAIN IF THE FREIGHT IS ADDED IN "RELEASE", SO-E? |
