While in AR-C (recording payments) I received a btrieve
error. The end result was that the payment posted to
the trial balance correctly AR & bank account. It also
posted to the AR subledger correctly, but it did not post
to the check register. How do I correct this transaction?

Please note that our IS Mgr did re-index the file after
the error. I need to know what to do about the
check register not posting.

You can go to Maintain DB and the file would be BKGLCHK aand maanually create the record.

Thank you. I was able to perform the maintain database
(BLGLCHK) & it worked perfectly.
