I am hoping to be able to use Access to allow users to enter a particular Invoice N.o and for the relevant Serial N.o's appear for all Items. Now I haven't programmed in about 3rys so I very rusty. I was just wondering if anyone had any hints on there been an easier way in Access to do this. Thanks.

Shouldn't be too much programming involved. If you bring in the BKARINV, BKARINVL, BKARHINV, BKARHIVL, BKSOHSER tables and do your inner joins correctly, you should be able to get the info you want. You may have to create a couple of expressions in the queries, but that should be about it.
