We have each customer set up with contract pricing - we want to increase all pricing by a % - is there a way to globally change all prices by the % rather than editing every contract price?

You can use SO-Q-C and increase the base prices by some % and say Y to increase the contract prices accordingly. Then if you really don't want to change base price, use SO-Q-C again to reduce base price but this time say N to adjust the contract price accordingly.
