I am in the process of setting-up Evolution in our terminal server enviroment.  Currently, I am in the 30-day demo mode but will probably switch over to full registered version at the end of the period.

We have Evo demo (full demo with live company data) and DBA installed on our application server.  I want to install the individual settings (for menus and individual setting specific files) on the terminal server (a different server (2 servers total)).  The challenge is some of the Evo programming is hard wired to look for the "C" drive on a computer.  This is fine on individual desktops but since we are using terminal services I need to reroute or "map" drives for each user with different directories.

Has anyone done this before and can offer advice or a procedure?  Lynn suggested posting a request to get advice from the terminal server users.  I would appreciate any help!

BTW, this is on Windows 2000 Compaq servers, 1.4Ghz,  1gig mem system(s).

Jim,

Easiest solution with T/S is to install EVERYTHING on the T/S server. Even some of the much more advanced systems I work with function MUCH better that way.

Installing everything on the Terminal Server or just the configuration of DBA was the million dollar question 2 years ago when we switched over to Terminal Services.  At that time, DBA seemed confident the program had no problems under TS.  

In the future I may switch servers but for now I need to configure everything using our current set-up.  Any suggestions for setting-up individual directories via "drive mapping"?
