Hello,

How does one close an RMA after converting it to a sales order or credit memo? Is there an option to automatically close it after the conversion or can this be done from another screen?

I just saw that if all the line items are removed from the RMA, it will prompt you to close it. Don't know if that's helpful to anyone.....
